About these terms
These terms apply to your use of ikag.dev, including its blog and the forms for early access and partner enquiries. The website is run by Ronit Ahuja, trading as IKAG (“IKAG”, “we” or “us”), of 75 Marsh Wall, London E14 9TT, United Kingdom . You can reach us at hello@ikag.dev.
By using the website you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use it. They don’t cover the IKAG product, which will have its own terms.
What the website is for
The website describes IKAG, which is in early access, and what we’re building. It is general information. Nothing on it is legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and you shouldn’t rely on it as such.
- Examples marked “Illustrative” show how IKAG is meant to work. They aren’t real results.
- Plans, features and timings can change. Nothing on the website is an offer to enter a contract or a promise to provide IKAG.
- No prices have been set.
Early access and partner enquiries
You must be 18 or over to sign up for early access or send a partner enquiry.
Joining the early-access list asks us to email you when IKAG is ready for you. It doesn’t promise access, a date or particular terms.
A partner enquiry starts a conversation. Any pilot or partnership needs its own written agreement.
The forms are run by Tally. The privacy notice explains what we collect and how we use it. Please don’t send passwords, API keys or confidential information through the forms.
Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes. Please don’t:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it;
- interfere with how it works, or overload it;
- use it to send malware or spam; or
- suggest that you speak for IKAG when you don’t.
Automated visits are welcome where robots.txt allows them. It also sets out our choices about training AI models on this website.
Our content and other names
The website’s text, design, graphics and code belong to IKAG or are used with permission. You may read the website, share links to it and quote short extracts with a link back. Anything more, such as republishing an article in full, needs our permission.
Please don’t use the IKAG name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.
Other companies’ names and logos, such as those of AI apps, belong to their owners. We use them only to identify their products. Their use doesn’t mean those companies endorse IKAG or work with us.
Links to other websites
The website links to other websites, such as the sources cited in blog posts. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but it may contain mistakes or fall out of date. Blog posts describe products and rules as they stood on the date shown, and those can change. We can’t promise that the website will always be available or free of faults.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit or exclude, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for any loss that comes from using the website or relying on its content. If you use the website as a consumer, these terms don’t affect your legal rights.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute about them. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland as a consumer, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.
